lucky woman, I came home from work at 18.45 and found the dinner ready (holy mother-in-law, in this case!) And so I was a bit 'of time to experiment ....
I tried this recipe:
2 / 3 apple
100 g butter 165 g sugar 120 g milk
200 grams of flour, leavening (or alternatively, half a bag of yeast)
a bit 'of cinnamon ( this ingredient was not in the original recipe, but I like !!!!)
3 eggs
peel the apples, cut into a cube, the other two slices
mix softened butter with sugar, creating a creamy soft, add the egg yolks, then flour, milk, cinnamon and egg whites.
add a diced apple, stir the mixture and pour into a baking dish
(I use silicone ones, are a wonder, just a hair and anoint it does not stick anything!)
then have the dough over the apple slices radially sinking a bit '
sprinkle with a little' sugar mixed with a little '
cinnamon and bake 160 degrees for about 40 minutes, or when you see the beautiful golden and doing the test to check the stuzzicandente cooking pasta!
with these doses and a mold of approximately 24 cm in diameter cake is fiber, about 2 / 3 cm, but I like it so much, the slices are perfect for accompagare just a good cup of tea 'hot
